1. Basic Package – “Party Starter”
Ideal for small events like birthdays, reunions, or backyard celebrations.
• Up to 3 hours of music
• Two-speaker stereo setup for clear, even coverage
• Includes setup & teardown
Price: $300–$400
2. Standard Package – “Wedding & Celebration”
Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, and mid-sized parties.
• Up to 5 hours of performance
• Full Rockville audio setup (subs, mains, mixer, mics)
• Wireless mic for announcements
• Pre-event coordination & playlist planning
Price: $600–$800
3. Premium Package – “All Night Experience”
For full-day weddings or large-scale celebrations.
• Up to 7 hours of coverage (ceremony + reception)
• Two complete setups (indoor/outdoor or separate ceremony & reception)
• Custom playlists, transitions, and announcements
• On-site backup system for uninterrupted performance
Price: $900–$1200
Add-Ons & Options
• Extra Hour: $100/hr
• Ceremony Add-On (separate setup): $150
• Custom Playlist Prep or Voice-Over Intros: $50
• Travel Fee (beyond 25 miles): $0.75/mile
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Additional Information
To secure your event date, a 25 % deposit of the total cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your date and covers early preparation, equipment planning, and playlist coordination.
Cancellations:
• 30+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit (minus a $25 administrative fee).
• 8–29 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable, no further balance owed.
• 7 days or less: Deposit is forfeited, and up to 50 % of the remaining balance may be due, depending on preparation time and expenses already incurred.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
In the unlikely event DJ Hobanator must cancel, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
